Your appointments are very important to So Healthy and are reserved especially for you. We appreciate that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life and appointment adjustments are necessary from time to time, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice be given for cancellations and changes to your scheduled appointment time.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. Since our services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
We know that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give the full 24 hours’ notice when you can’t make an appointment. However, please be aware that for patients who repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to request payment up front when booking future appointments.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the treatment amount.
Patients failing to show up to their appointment without warning will be charged the full treatment amount.
Cancellations must only be made by phone. Please do not reply to our automated appointment emails as they are sent from a generic address which is not checked. We also ask that you do not email the reception email address or message us via Facebook as they are not checked regularly.
In addition to our regular opening hours, our phones are manned on days when the clinic is closed, between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday), excluding Sunday. If there is no answer, or the line is busy, please leave a message on our answerphone as it is checked on a regular basis throughout the day.
So Healthy’s cancellation policy is in place to provide the best service for our established and future patients.
Appointment Reminders
We know how easy it is to forget an appointment and so as a courtesy to our patients we do attempt to email you a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to receive this reminder does not invalidate this cancellation policy.
